Cook time: 6 minutes
For tender kale, massage with your hands and a pinch of salt, about 1-2 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add half the kale, season with salt, pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Add remaining kale and cook for 2-3 minutes more until all kale is wilted.
