Cook time: 21 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium; thinly slice ½ of onion, sauté 8-10 min until browned, season with salt + add 2 tbsp water; cover + cook 3-5 minutes until softened; set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over high; season burgers with salt/pep + ½ of seasoning blend, then sear 2-3 min per side until cooked through + no pinkness remains
Meanwhile, mix half the seasoning blend with 2 tbsp water, 2 tsp oil + salt/pep; whisk to combine; thinly slice 3 cucumbers + toss with dressing
Toast 2 buns until warm + golden; top buns with burgers + caramelized onions + close the lid; serve with cuke salad on the side
