Instructions
Cook time: 21 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium; thinly slice onion + sauté 8-10 min until browned; season with salt + add 2 tbsp water; cover + cook 3-5 min until softened; set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, season burgers with salt/pep + fave seasonings (we like garlic powder); cook 3 min per side until crispy
Using 2-3 leaves for each burger, add burgers to lettuce, then top each with onions + 2 tbsp sauce; wrap lettuce tightly around "burgers"; time to eat!
