Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook veggie mix with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender; add to bowls
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, add burgers + break up with spoon; cook with salt/pep + ½ the seasoning packet (or more!) 4 min, mixing occasionally until browned; add to bowls—looks good!
