Cook time: 9 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 2-3 min per side until cooked through + no pinkness remains; set aside
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 30 sec per side or until warm, then add to 2 plates
Add burgers to sandwich thins + spread each with 1-2 tbsp sauce—looks good!
