Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled large skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 3 min on one side; flip over, cook 2 min, then add 1 slice cheese to each burger; cover pan + cook 1-2 more min until cooked through, no pink remains + cheese has melted
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 30 sec per side or until warm
Assemble burgers + divide between plates with beans—yum!
