Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over medium; cook burgers 10 min, flipping every 1-2 min til hot + fully cooked; remove from heat, top with 1-2 tbsp cheese + cover until cheese melts, about 1 min; divide between plates

Microwave 1 cup sauce in a covered microwave-safe bowl 30-60 sec + top each burger with ¼ cup sauce; serve bunless burgers with a side of pizza fries + extra marinara for dipping
