Cook time: 8 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice blend with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally; add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high + sauté half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook another 1-2 min until all spinach is wilted; add to bowls
Divide salmon between bowls + drizzle on 1-2 tbsp dressing per bowl—*satisfied eating noises*
