Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 1-2 min per side until warmed through, then set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook brussels with salt/pep for 5-6 min until tender, stirring minimally to ensure browning; set aside
Bring black bean salad to room temperature, or warm up
Assemble ingredients on plates + enjoy!
