Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Chop broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high heat; cook broccoli with salt/pepper for 2-3 min, then add 1/2 cup water, cover + let steam for 3 more min; set aside
Boil 3 quarts unsalted water + gently loosen linguine with hands; carefully place in water, stir immediately + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain
Mix in broccoli + 2-4 tbsp pesto
