Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook veggie mix with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender; divide between bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 2-3 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through
Empty 1 pouch sauce in a pan + heat over medium, or empty into a microwave-safe bowl, cover + heat 30-60 sec or until warm
Combine shrimp with sauce + serve with veggies on the side
