Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat a skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 1 min per side or until warm, then add to 2 plates
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, season burgers with salt/pep + favorite seasoning (we like garlic powder) + cook 3 min per side until crispy, then divide between sandwich thins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté pepper mix with salt/pep 4-5 min until soft + starting to brown; top each burger with pepper mix + any tasty extras you like—yuuum
